Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped in 3-5 days and may take between 2 to 4 weeks to be delivered based on your location. Check more about shipping times here

Do I need to open an account to order a watch?

You don’t have to open an account, but it is always a good idea so you can track your order and monitor your purchases. You can easily open an account while you are checking out or by following this link.

How do I change my shipping address?

You have the option to ship products to a different address than your billing address. You can do that while you are checking out or from your account page.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will receive the tracking number 3-5 days after your order. In case you did not receive tracking info, contact us and we will update you.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

You have the option to save your payment method while you are checking out for easy shopping in the future. You can also edit or remove your payment methods from your account.

We don’t keep credit card details in our system. Payments are processed by trusted 3rd parties (like PayPal and Apple Pay).

Do you charge sales tax?

Taxes are included in the prices indicated in our store. We operate in Canada and comply with local CRA regulations for taxes. 

Do you ship to my country?

We provide free shipping to more than 70 countries. Most of our sales take place in:

Will my items come in one package?

To provide our best prices, we work with various shipping companies and warehouses around the world. Based on your location and the items you ordered, you may not receive them in one package.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

Please do not ship any items back to us until you contact us and we lead you through.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

No problem! contact us as soon as you notice and we will correct it.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?

Yes. You can do so within 12 hours from your purchase. More details here.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

We only display products that are in stock. Out-of-stock products are removed until they are re-stocked again.
